Terms and Conditions
By making any purchase, including custom orders, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For bank transfers, please ensure that payment is made to the following account: BCA 0312424175 a.n AZURR KILAU ABADI PT. Please confirm your payment by sending proof of transfer to our store’s official contact channels.
Returns & Exchanges
No Returns or Exchanges: To ensure the highest quality and guarantee that all our products are brand new and first-hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and encourage customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase.
Custom Orders
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on any custom piece. If a customer chooses to cancel the order, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. The remaining 70% must be paid in full before the product is picked up. Custom orders have an estimated completion time of 5 weeks. Any delays will be communicated in advance. Any changes requested after the final product has been completed will incur additional charges and may delay delivery.
Warranty & Repairs
3-Year Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on all jewelry purchased from our store, covering:
- Loose stones or faulty settings due to manufacturing defects.
- Lost Stones: We will replace lost stones free of charge for stones below 0.1 carats during the first 3 years.
Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must present the original certificate and receipt of the purchase. Without these, we will not be able to honor the warranty.
Free Lifetime Maintenance: We provide complimentary lifetime cleaning, polishing, and inspections to help maintain the condition of your jewelry.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, tarnishing, and discoloration.
- Damage caused by improper use, exposure to chemicals, heat, or water.
- Loss or theft of jewelry.
- Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized jewelers.
Final Decision in Disputes: In cases of dispute, our team reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a warranty claim can be processed based on a thorough evaluation of the jewelry’s condition and the nature of the issue.
Post-Warranty Services: After the warranty period, repairs and maintenance services will be available for a fee based on labor and materials required.
Resizing
We offer complimentary resizing services for rings purchased from our store, allowing adjustments of up to 2 sizes up or down from the original size. Resizing can be performed either at the moment of purchase or anytime after that. Resizing will take a maximum of 3 days to complete.
Multiple Resizing Requests: For customers requesting resizing more than once, our team will advise and assess the request. Repeated resizing may result in:
- Material Loss: Up to 5% of the original metal weight could be lost during each resizing.
- Structural Integrity: Resizing the same ring multiple times can affect its structural strength. We will provide recommendations to ensure the longevity of the ring.
Special Care Instructions
Jewelry requires proper care to maintain its condition. Please avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfume, or excessive moisture. For best results, store your jewelry in a dry, protected area when not in use.
Free Lifetime Jewelry Washing
We offer free lifetime jewelry washing for items purchased from our store. Simply bring your jewelry to our store, and our staff will provide a thorough cleaning service to keep your pieces looking their best.
Pickup Policy
Only the individual named on the receipt can pick up the jewelry. If you wish to assign someone else to pick up the product, please specify their name at the time of purchase under the “Given To” section.
Custom and repaired items must be picked up within 30 days of notification. After this period, additional storage fees may apply. If an item is not picked up within 90 days of notification, the item may be forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Materials Policy
We do not accept customer-provided materials (e.g., gems, metals) for custom jewelry. All materials used must be sourced through our store to ensure quality and consistency.
Loss or Theft
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase, including while in transit if shipped.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unreasonable demands, aggressive behavior, or breaches of store policies.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data collected during the transaction process will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

In the event of any disputes regarding purchases or custom orders, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to reach a fair solution.
