Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of order confirmation. This deposit is essential to begin production and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the customer. The remaining balance of 70% must be paid in full before the custom product is picked up.

• Free Lifetime Maintenance: We offer free lifetime cleaning, polishing, and inspections for jewelry purchased from our store.
